The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) has been recognized as one of the top-performing public enterprises in Ghana, securing 6th place in the 2023 Public Enterprises League Table (PELT) with a score of 4.080 points. Notably, GNPC is one of three entities from Ghana’s power and petroleum sectors to make the top 10 rankings.

The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) earned the title of the top-performing entity in 2023 with a score of 4.335, followed by the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) in second place with 4.247 points.

GNPC’s recognition in this esteemed ranking affirms the Corporation’s commitment to operational excellence and its vital role in enhancing Ghana’s energy security and national development. The Corporation is focused on building on its achievements, delivering value to stakeholders, and improving operational efficiencies to enhance its standing in future PELT rankings.
