GNPC and SNPC Group Sign Memorandum of Understanding to Strengthen Energy Sector Cooperation
The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) and the Société Nationale des Pétroles du Congo (SNPC Group) have taken a major stride towards enhancing collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
This agreement establishes a crucial framework for exchanging ideas, information, and expertise between the two national oil corporations. The partnership will focus on advancing their joint efforts in oil, gas, and energy transition sectors, aiming to drive sustainable growth in the industry.
Mr. Joseph Dadzie, CEO of GNPC, and Mr. Ominga Raoul, Managing Director of SNPC Group, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations during the 6th CEOs' meeting of national oil companies under the auspices of African Petroleum Producers Organization (APPO).
This agreement highlights both corporations' commitment to fostering strategic partnerships that contribute to the growth and sustainability of Africa's energy landscape.
